"I recently gave my Hyundai car for servicing at this center, and once again, it turned out to be a terrible experience. Despite paying the full amount they quoted, the service was far from satisfactory. To begin with, my car was returned to me in a dirty and unclean condition. It was evident that no proper attention or care was given, and this is simply unacceptable after paying for a full service. The lack of professionalism and customer care is extremely disappointing. This isn't the first time I’ve had a poor experience here, and unfortunately, things haven’t improved at all. I would strongly recommend others to avoid this service center altogether. There are definitely better and more reliable options out there. Don’t waste your time and money like I did."

"One of the worst Hyundai service centers in Noida. I had originally booked the second free service for my Hyundai Creta at this center due to its proximity to my location. However, I canceled the appointment after reading several recent negative reviews. Despite that, the service team reached out multiple times, requesting that I give them a chance to prove themselves. I eventually agreed—and unfortunately, I regret that decision. Here’s a summary of my experience: 1. Inflated Estimate: They initially quoted an estimated service cost of ₹7,500 by adding several unnecessary and overpriced items. 2. Doubtful Oil Usage: They charged ₹3,800 + GST for synthetic engine oil, but I couldn’t verify what was actually used as it was filled from an open mug—hardly a transparent or professional practice. 3. Manipulated Billing: After removing some of the unnecessary items, they revised the estimate to around ₹5,500. However, during the service, they added a few more minor items without informing me, and the final bill was ₹6,800. 4. Serviced Car Condition : After inspecting the car at the time of delivery, it was evident that it hadn’t been properly washed. Even worse, there were multiple dirt stains on the seats—likely due to careless handling by the mechanics. For someone new to getting a car’s second service, this experience was thoroughly disappointing. I would not recommend this service center to anyone looking for professional or trustworthy service."
